The booth needed to carry the concert’s character and give event partners a place in the finished photos. We brought it together with a vintage enclosed setup, fully dressed in event artwork! The custom photo template gave guests their own “I was there” souvenir, complete with Zara Larsson’s name and the event branding.
With the live performance as the main attraction, our concert photo booth had to capture guests’ attention and make it easy for them to join in. We had three hours of operation to make that happen.
It also had to hold its own beside the event’s eye-catching visuals. A vibrant custom exterior would draw the eye. The experience inside had to carry that same energy through to the photos.
Our custom enclosed photo booth sat on pink carpet beside a display featuring Zara Larsson and the event partners. Its silver frame preserved the vintage look, while the pink curtain picked up the surrounding colors.
The camera and touchscreen sat within the custom-wrapped interior. Guests could step in with a friend, hit Start, and let the concert artwork set the scene.
The custom wrap showcased the concert’s vivid palette. Purple clouds merged into orange and pink skies, with white butterflies around Zara Larsson’s name. A heart formed from splashing water filled the side panel and appeared inside the booth.
The photo strips brought the partners into the picture. Apple Music Access appeared above the photos, with Zara Larsson’s name between frames and Sapphire Reserve branding below. The Los Angeles location and the September 16 date were marked at the bottom.
The finished strips had plenty of personality. Friends posed together, while solo guests switched expressions from one photo to the next. With three frames in each strip, there was room for a composed pose and a much less serious follow-up.
Black-and-white photos played up the booth’s nostalgic feel. Color images brought the sunset background into full view. Across both styles, guests were the focus, surrounded by the visual details that made this concert recognizable.
A photo strip is a small thing to carry home from a big night. Here, it displayed three photos alongside the singer’s name.
Digital delivery gave those same images another life on guests’ phones. The analytics recorded activity through text messaging and downloads, alongside the physical prints. Guests had a copy to keep in hand and digital content they could send or post.
In three hours of operation, our booth recorded 112 photo sessions, 112 prints, and 173 total shares. The analytics also logged 193 views, with a platform-reported reach of 12,629 and 42,731 impressions.
The numbers show activity continuing beyond the photo session, through printed keepsakes and digital access to the images. The platform’s reach and impression figures point to potential exposure beyond the room, with the event branding still attached to the content.
A photo with your friends is already worth keeping. Make it part of an exclusive Zara Larsson concert, and there’s a story attached to it. We built the booth around that appeal, giving guests a setting that belonged to the show and room to have a little fun in front of the camera.
For Chase Sapphire Reserve and Apple Music, the branding came along for the experience. Their names stayed on the photos guests printed and shared. That gave experiential marketing a practical payoff: guests got something they could make themselves, while the partners remained part of the picture after the night ended.
