Brand Activation x Influencer Party | Anaheim, CA | Custom Enclosed Photo Booth
It’s time to set aside the grind and the clashes and build a party for Blizzard’s “The Night Before” VIP Mixer! A BlizzCon2026 kick-off get-together for executives, developers, content creators, community influencers, and special guests.
For this celebration, we set up two enclosed photo booths and a 360 video booth. There were approximately 700 guests throughout the eight-hour activation who could enjoy creating branded photos and slow-motion videos to remember the evening by.

Client: Blizzard Entertainment
Event: BlizzCon 2026 – The Night Before Influencer Party
Location: Anaheim, California
Date: September 11, 2026
Activation Hours: 1pm to 9pm
Estimated Attendance: 700 attendees
“The Night Before” gave members of the Blizzard community time to meet and celebrate before the main convention began. Blizzard needed a good mix of entertainment that suited a large influencer event without interrupting the conversations happening around it.
Guests had to be able to join at their own pace, either alone or with friends. Each photo and video also needed to remain clearly connected to BlizzCon after leaving the venue.
One booth would have limited both capacity and options. It could also have led to longer waits during busier periods. We wanted to make sure it was a pleasant experience for everyone.
The type of audience added another consideration. Many of the guests regularly create and share content, so the activation had to look polished on camera and offer more than a typical photo opportunity. Stay Golden addressed all these concerns.
Two enclosed custom booths gave guests a private space to take individual or group photos. Closing the curtain helped people relax in front of the camera, even with a busy event continuing outside.
The 360 video booth gave a more active and unique experience. Guests walked onto the platform as the camera moved around them, recording their poses and interactions from multiple angles.
Overall, three stations helped spread activity throughout the mixer while giving attendees a choice between classic portraits and short-form video. Moreover, with three stations around the mixer, there is repeated visibility, so guests remember to join in the fun.
The enclosed booths used different exterior treatments. One featured a full blue wrap with the white “BlizzCon 2026: The Night Before” logo across the front. The second combined natural wood-grain panels with a blue branded panel. Blue curtains connected the designs without making the booths look identical.
Branding continued into the content. Photo strips displayed the event name along the bottom, while the 360 videos used a branded lower frame. Guests remained the focus, but every finished photo and video carried the BlizzCon identity.
The two formats suited different personalities. Some guests stepped behind the curtain for a familiar photo-strip session. Others used the 360 platform pose with the moving camera or created a sequence with friends.
Both experiences were easily accessible between conversations and other event activities. Guests did not have to commit much time, yet they still received something connected to the celebration.
The enclosed booths recorded 164 sessions, while the 360 booth added another 81. Across the three stations, the activation averaged more than 30 sessions per hour.
The enclosed booths produced 163 printed photo strips. Guests could carry those physical keepsakes throughout the convention weekend or save the images digitally.
The 360 booth recorded 41 AirDrops and 36 downloads. Text messaging and other sharing options provided guests with additional ways to receive their content.
Altogether, the booths generated 251 sharing actions. The platform also recorded 166 share-data entries, such as phone numbers or email addresses supplied when guests requested their content.
Guests completed 164 sessions in the enclosed photo booths and another 81 at the 360 booth. Together, the three stations produced 163 prints and 251 sharing actions. The content received 261 views, with an estimated reach of 18,332 and 61,872 impressions.
Blizzard can use these results when choosing the booth mix for future brand activations.
The setup gave Blizzard’s guests two different reasons to participate. The enclosed booths offered privacy and printed keepsakes, while the 360 booth provided creators and groups with a more dynamic video format.
Using three booths also supported the event’s size and length. Guests had several opportunities to participate without relying on a single station to serve the entire crowd.
Most importantly, the activation fit the purpose of “The Night Before.” The mixer centered on community plus mutual excitement for the massive BlizzCon 2026 weekend. The booths gave attendees something to create together and something to keep from the celebration.
A brand activation photo booth should reflect the event around it. We customize booth exteriors, print templates, digital overlays, sharing options, and data collection based on your audience and campaign goals.
For larger events, we can combine several booth formats to accommodate more guests and offer different experiences within a single activation. Each station can have its own style and function while keeping your branding consistent across printed photos and videos.
