The brief was to create a custom photo booth for brand activation that felt at home in Bloom’s world. Founderland’s thoughtfully designed setting called for an installation with a clear visual identity and an inviting guest experience.
Our vintage booth provided the structure. Bloom’s colors and product imagery shaped the transformation, with coordinated graphics connecting the exterior to the interior screen and to the finished photo strips.
At Founderland, the booth needed to stand out among carefully designed brand experiences. Its exterior had to communicate to guests whose activation they were approaching and give them a reason to participate.
We also needed to consider what guests would take away. Once the booth was out of sight, the photos would carry the branding. The print layout needed to give Bloom a recognizable presence while leaving guests and their poses as the focus.
We positioned the custom enclosed photo booth outdoors on green turf, with its entrance and front panel facing the open space beside it. The camera and touchscreen were built into the interior, keeping the equipment within the enclosure.
The metallic frame retained the booth’s vintage character. A deep green curtain complemented the lettering outside and offered privacy during each session. The print pickup slot at the front let guests collect their photos after they stepped out.
For permanent installations, we also help assess space and guest flow, including access to power and internet. Planning covers cleaning and day-to-day operation, too.
Pink and lavender panels featured bubbles and small white sparkles. Oversized images of Bloom Pop and Bloom sparkling energy cans filled the side panel to make the products part of the booth’s exterior.
On the front, Bloom’s logo appeared above the invitation to “capture a sweet memory.” The screen inside picked up that playful tone with “snap a pic with your bevvy!”
The custom-designed photo strips used the same colors and bubble graphics. Three stacked images sat above a large green Bloom logo, keeping the brand easy to spot beneath the photos.
The finished photos had plenty of personality. A guest in sunglasses held up her skincare and stuck out her tongue. In another strip, a product showed up beside a guest’s face before she changed poses for the next frame. Three photos gave people a chance to try a few expressions in one sitting. They could keep it simple or get a little silly.
Everyone walked away with a printed strip to keep and a digital copy sent straight to their phone. Both carried the Bloom design, so the product stayed in view wherever the photos ended up. Text delivery and downloads also made the images available for later sharing. A guest could text a strip to a friend or save it to post later.
Our analytics recorded 50 photo sessions, 50 prints, and 39 digital shares. Those shares included 30 text messages and 9 downloads. Snappic also reported an estimated reach of 2,847 and 9,633 estimated impressions.
For Bloom, these results set a baseline for what comes next. Future brand activations can be measured against how many people joined in and how many shared. The print and text-delivery totals show how much to stock and which sharing options to offer. Meanwhile, the estimated reach and impressions give a rough gauge of how far the brand traveled and the visibility these events can create.
The strongest link was between Bloom’s products and the activity itself. Guests spotted the cans at the booth, then carried a drink into their photos, making the product part of the pose. The playful graphics echoed the beverages, which tied the design directly to what Bloom was promoting.
That’s what made the booth a genuine piece of Bloom’s experiential marketing. The product appeared in images that people had helped create, framed by a consistent set of brand colors and graphics. Anyone glancing at a strip later could place it instantly – it was the Bloom experience.
The vintage format made participation familiar, while the custom treatment gave the experience its own personality.
