Brand Activation | Los Angeles, CA | Custom Enclosed Photo Booth
A great outfit deserves a photo, especially when you’re surrounded by people who appreciate a good secondhand find. At Poshmark’s Poshfest in Los Angeles, our vintage photo booth gave guests a place to squeeze in with friends and have fun in front of the camera. The resulting strips were as much about the company as the clothes.
For the two-day celebration, we gave the booth a pink-and-burgundy look built around Poshmark and its “Try Yourself On” message. Guests supplied the personality.

Poshfest brought Poshmark’s community together around a shared love of fashion and secondhand style. Our contribution was a photo experience that gave attendees something to enjoy together.
A fashion event photo booth fit the occasion. Guests could step away from browsing and pose for a photo with the people beside them, taking home a reminder of their time at Poshfest.
The booth needed to feel at home in Poshfest’s visual world while giving people an obvious reason to use it. “Try Yourself On” gave us a direct connection between the branding and the activity. On the booth, those words became an invitation to step behind the curtain and have a little fun in front of the camera.
Our vintage enclosed photo booth sat against the venue’s exposed brick-and-concrete wall, with its entrance facing the event floor. The silver frame kept its old-school character visible.
A burgundy curtain offered privacy during sessions. Inside, a wood-toned bench sat above a pink-and-cream striped floor. The entrance and print outlet were both on the front, giving guests a clear place to enter and collect their photos.
The pink front panel carried “Try Yourself On” in oversized burgundy lettering. Below it, white Poshmark and Poshfest branding stood out against a darker panel around the print outlet.
Poshfest’s name repeated down the narrow panel beside the curtain. Those details gave our custom enclosed photo booth a recognizable event identity while preserving the familiar shape.
The branded photo booth also picked up the pink seen elsewhere in the venue, including the oversized shopping-bag mirror. It felt connected to the surrounding event design.
The finished strip shows what happened once guests got comfortable. Four people gathered close for the first photo, smiling toward the camera. Peace signs appeared in the next frame. By the last shot, the expressions had become much less serious.
Three frames gave the group room to change their minds about the pose. They could start with a photo everyone might put on their profile and finish with one that made them laugh.
The photo design carried the burgundy palette onto a strip with three stacked color images. Poshmark and Poshfest appeared above the photos, alongside the October 2–3 dates and Los Angeles location.
Guests had a printed keepsake and access to digital copies. The analytics recorded text message deliveries and downloads, giving attendees photos they could keep on their phones or share afterward.
The photo booth data recorded 345 photo sessions and 345 prints. Those sessions produced 1,035 individual images, matching the three-photo format. Digital activity included 259 total shares and 198 views. Snappic also reported a reach of 18,615 and 62,985 impressions with 1000+ attendees.
For Poshmark, the booth’s value could continue after the event. Guests had photos that captured their own part in the celebration, with Poshfest’s branding attached to every copy they kept or shared. Revisiting those moments would bring the event back into the picture, too.
The enclosed setup suited an event built around self-expression. Guests could try a playful pose with friends behind the curtain, offering some privacy from passersby. That made the format a good fit for Poshfest’s invitation to experiment.
The photo layout struck a useful balance, too. Three large images gave guests most of the space, while the event name and burgundy border made the occasion recognizable. For this experiential marketing experience, Poshmark’s identity framed the moment without crowding out the people in it.
